1. INTRODUCTION  

Secify by Sweden AB (“Secify”), 559078-8062, takes privacy protection and data protection very seriously. We therefore want to inform you through this Privacy Protection Policy about the personal data processing for you. A personal data is a task that, directly or indirectly, can identify an individual, such as name, telephone number, address and mail. Secify complies with all applicable legislation and all personal data processing takes place on the basis of the EU Data Protection Regulation, GDPR (EU) 2016/679. 2.1 Processing of your personal data

Your information may be saved with us in cases where you have been employed by us, entered into an agreement, have a customer or supplier relationship and/or have been in contact with us and in some cases because we have received the information from a third party. The legal basis for processing is the fulfillment of agreements, legal obligation, balance of interests and in some cases consent.

We process your personal data for contract purposes, the opportunity to contact you, secure identification, fulfill your or our legal obligations, provide the opportunity to offer and fulfill all our services towards you.

Your information is stored at one or more databases that are hosted by third parties located in the EU. These third parties do not use and do not have access to your personal data for purposes other than those reported and to perform cloud services and storage services. In order to protect the privacy of your personal data, we take appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. We constantly update and test our security technology. We limit access to your personal data to the employees who need to know it to perform their work. In addition, we train our employees on the importance of confidentiality and maintain the integrity and security of your information. We undertake to take appropriate disciplinary measures to maintain our employees’ privacy responsibility.

2.4 Your rights

If you consider that any information about you is incorrect or misleading, you should contact us immediately. You can also notify us if you want to limit your personal data in any way, object to the processing or delete them (subject to certain exceptions). Where technically feasible, after your request, we will submit your personal information to you or transfer them directly to another responsible. You may also request information free of charge once/year about: the purposes of the treatment; categories of personal data; who outside Secify who received personal data from us; which source the information has (unless you left it directly to us); And how long your personal data is stored. 2.5 Data storage

Your personal data is no longer stored than necessary and follows clear thinning routines. Data is processed for different periods of time to allow the opportunity to fulfill our legal obligations or offer the best possible service.
